2022 Ticket Credit FAQ

1. How do I redeem my credit?
Step 1. Enter the total number of tickets needed and add to your cart.
Step 2. Scroll down to “Have A Coupon” located right after the payment plan option. Here, simply copy and paste your unique TICKET CODE (listed above).
Step 3. Continue as directed* to complete your order!
IMPORTANT! Before checking out – please make sure your credit (coupon code) has been applied and has deducted your total number of tickets before checking out.

*EXAMPLE– If you have 4 ticket credits and select 6 tickets your code will be applied to 4 of the tickets in your order then you will checkout for the remaining balance.

If you are having issues with your code please email us at credit@northpoleexperience.com BEFORE you continue with your purchase.

2. Can I use multiple codes in an order?
Only one code can be applied to an individual order. If you were emailed multiple codes you will need to complete multiple orders to redeem them all.

3. Can I save my credit for the 2023 season?
Ticket credits can ONLY be used for the 2022 season.

4. Will my code expire?
Ticket credits will expire on Dec 23, 2022. There will be no refunds given for unused credits.

5. Can I get a refund in place of a credit?
There will be no refunds as your tickets for the 2022 season have a no refund policy. Read our terms and conditions here.

6. Does my credit guarantee me a time/date?
Ticket availability will be on a first come first served basis.

7. Can I share my code?
Please treat your rollover credit code like cash and do not share codes for any reason. Your code(s) are unique to your order; if they are shared, we can not supplement any tickets for already used codes.

8. A member of my group needs ADA Accommodations, how do I redeem?
If a member of your party requires ADA Accommodations during your experience please contact us at reservations@northpoleexperience.com to complete your booking. This is the only way to ensure you are accommodated properly during your visit.

9. I purchased additional add ons in 2021 before I opted to postpone for the 2022 season, when will I receive these?
If you purchased add on items you will receive these upon checking in for your experience. PLEASE DO NOT add items that you previously purchased to your order as your code is ONLY valid for tickets.
