1. WITH a Wheelchair Lift

Our trolleys are fully equipped with ADA-compliant wheelchair lifts to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic of the North Pole! Since using the lift requires us to remove seats from the trolley, we have reserved wheelchair-accessible spaces during the following time slots: 10:40am, 12:40pm, 2:40pm, 4:40pm, 6:40pm, 8:40pm.

To reserve a wheelchair lift, simply select "Wheelchair Accessible Seating" at checkout.
Please Note: Guests requiring a wheelchair lift MUST book wheelchair-accessible seating at checkout and check in 45 minutes prior to their reservation. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee available space for lift use.
2. WITHOUT a Wheelchair Lift
Our trolleys are designed for easy access, but please note that boarding requires guests to climb a few stairs if a lift is not needed. If you'd like to bring your wheelchair, don’t worry - we can accommodate a full-size wheelchair under the trolley during your ride to the North Pole. For families who prefer easier boarding and deboarding, simply let an elf know at Check-In, and we'll gladly seat you at the front of the trolley for your convenience!
need an asl interpreter?
If you or someone in your party requires an ASL interpreter, please contact us directly at reservations@northpoleexperience.com to make arrangements.

Important: To ensure we can secure an interpreter for your group, please provide at least 14 days notice. Our ability to provide interpreting services is dependent on interpreter availability. If we are unable to arrange an ASL interpreter, we will provide a written script for deaf and hard-of-hearing guests.

We love to support our troops! We offer a 10% discount for military families. To get the discount, please enter "MILITARY" into the promo code section at checkout. Please then book the military tickets (up to 6).
When you go to check out, you will need to upload a photo verification that you are in the military. Once our team has verified your credentials, your tickets will be released to you!
*Proper Military ID, or Driver’s License are required at check out.
